Do I need to know the exact size of my load?+
Not exactly. Each load size comes with a description and typical examples, so you can pick the closest match. If your load turns out to be significantly different on the day, our team will always let you know before proceeding.
What is a cubic yard?+
It's roughly the size of a large washing machine box. Our load sizes range from 1 cubic yard (a few bags) up to 14 cubic yards (a full house clearance), each shown with an estimated bag count and weight allowance to help you picture it.
Is there a weight limit?+
Yes — every load size has a maximum weight allowance shown at checkout. If you're clearing something unusually heavy, like soil or rubble, let us know so we can price it accurately.
Do you offer same-day collection?+
Yes, subject to availability. A small same-day premium applies, and it's always shown clearly in your price before you pay — never added as a surprise afterwards.
